I recently completed a 3 night stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Grovetown, GA, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived until checkout, everything about my stay was exceptional. The location is ideal—just a short drive from the airport and conveniently close to Walmart, restaurants, and plenty of shopping and dining options. Now, let’s talk about the hotel itself. The property was very clean and well kept, and my suite truly felt like home. It was very spacious and I appreciated having a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to settle in after long workdays. The room was well-stocked with extra towels and washcloths, the shower had good water pressure and temperature, and the large television offered all the popular streaming apps for entertainment. What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the outstanding staff. Ben at the front desk is the definition of exceptional customer service. He is professional, welcoming, kind, and genuinely anticipates guests’ needs before they even have to ask. His pride in his work is evident and creates a wonderful first impression every time you walk through the doors. I also have to recognize Chef Vincent, who made every morning even better. He was always punctual, smiling, personable, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced and honestly saved me money because I left every morning full and satisfied! The breakfast offerings were plentiful and fresh, including a self-serve waffle station, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, oatmeal, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, breakfast meats, and rotating potato options such as wedges or patties. My personal favorite was the spinach and cheese breakfast pastry! The menu changed slightly each day, which kept breakfast interesting, and there was something for everyone. (Just be sure to check the weekend breakfast hours, as they differ slightly.) I truly have no complaints about my stay. Clean accommodations, outstanding hospitality, a delicious breakfast, and a convenient location made this a wonderful experience from start to finish. I didn’t get a chance to go to the pool but it looked clean and it’s a nice size. Thank you to the entire Home2 Suites team for your hospitality. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in the Augusta/Grovetown area, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or leisure!

Natasha Pearson was the friendlies AGM I've ever met.. she was very knowledgeable about the area.. hotel was very inviting and warm!! Room was very clean..I would just say maybe more attention to the bathroom floors..I walked around in white socks and they were covered on the bottom with dirt and hair..the breakfast was very good.. turkey bacon..I was happy about.. most hotels only serve pork..the pool area was very clean!! I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars!! And this is coming from a lady that normally only stays in Marriott hotels!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations (both a great thing and sad thing for me lol. Because unfortunately we chose another home2 in Tennessee the next night that was nowhere near the level this location was at - but I digress) The staff - SO FRIENDLY and accommodating. Customer service was excellent. We were greeted pleasantly every time we approached the desk. The night clerk who checked us in was great I wish I got her name to give her a shoutout personally - she was working at around 11 when we checked in on 6/30. When we checked out the next morning, it was a manager or assistant manager I do believe- I did not get her name but she greeted us very friendly and asked us how our stay was. Limited interaction, but her attitude and presence was refreshing. The room - clean, spacious, and the AC worked great. We had a very comfortable stay that night. The couch appeared newer and clean! No visible staining or wear which was a rare occurrence. The breakfast - it was a good breakfast. The bacon was very good (not paper thin like some hotels), there was eggs, and hashbrowns as well. A couple other hot items in the case too. What I appreciated was the individual milks in cartons! I am someone who is very weary of dairy products in reusable containers, so this was nice to see. There was cereal, waffle station, muffins, apples/oranges, and a few other things you could expect at a hotel breakfast. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Thank you to the Home2 team in Grovetown.

We have a group with us and your night help refused to give us towels for the pool, said we couldn’t have white towels by the pool. She then took our picture and videos for having white towels. There’s a large group out here that are drinking alcohol out of glass and smoking weed, but yet she has no problem with it. The manager refuses to speak to us until morning after we have been harassed by their help.

First off ... the negative comments concerning their breakfast buffet were really off base. Gonna be here a week. Buffet includes fresh waffles, fruit, chicken, fried eggs and sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal (hot and cold), spinach souffle and so much more. Whole property is immaculate, and smells amazing. Great outdoor area with pergola and lounge chairs. Staff is the friendliest and most helpful that ive seen in a long time. Great location and great rates. Jyst a fyi... there is a great bar and dance hall, cigar shop and liquor store all within walking distance. Reccommend 100%

This hotel was very clean, and the employees were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too. The location is perfect! It is in the middle of everything with many different options to choose from for things to do and places to eat.

Had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Grovetown Augusta Area. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out, which made it really comfortable for the stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby spots. Overall, a really solid experience and a great option if you’re staying in the area. I’d definitely stay here again.

5-star experience! Clean room, great service, and very welcoming staff. Jessie and Keisha kept the room spotless, and Leslie was super helpful and friendly. Having a kitchen was a big plus.

The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, but while the hotel seems to have been built recently, the appointments (carpets, shades, furniture)are worn and shabby.
